A small, exclusive oasis in central Florida keeps seeing the price of their homes rise. The community of Windermere, also known as the city between lakes, had the average price of single-family homes appreciated by 54% in May 2021, compared to the same period last year. And everything indicates that prices will remain high.
Windermere is a small community north of Orlando, famous for its luxury condominiums with waterfront mansions.

They offer environments with lower population density, bucolic and quiet environment, security, good schools and also the ease of being close to Downtown Orlando and the main attractions in the region, such as theme parks and outlets.
